Creative’s can make great business people because more often than not they have the ideas, willingness & passion to throw themselves full force into their work. Creative people know what it is like to put their heart and soul on the line with a creative masterpiece only to find it being critiqued by others. It is safe to say that if you can be kicked down like that over and over and still get back up again, you most likely have the drive and determination to be successful in business. Learning the behind the scenes bookwork, accounting, advertising, team management, leadership and customer service can be learnt through practice and seeking the guidance from the right places but that intrinsic motivation to follow your dreams is something that cannot be taught – and us creative’s have this in abundance!
